Too lazy to work out? Or you can’t seem to find the time? Join the club. I totally get it. I used to be an exerciser (still am, just less intense)
I used to go jogging 5am at least 3 times a week with my jogging buddy (hey Nath), go to the gym every weekend (stopped because my weekends are now spent sleeping as medical school just got tougher), workout at home for at least 45mins to 1 hour. But now? Lol i only do the workout at home.
First off, i reduced my workout intensity because i noticed i my arms were looking more masculine ( i have an athletic physique and I cannot be with masculine arms, yes to slender lady arms). So now i do basic toners like squats(still have no butt), mountain climbers, leg plunges, jump rope, push ups, leg raises and lots of dancing 😂😜 to stay fit.
But these might still be stressful if you’re not an exercise person so I figured I share some of the lazy exercises I do sometimes when I’m too stressed to be bothered (they actually work).
Best part? you don’t have to buy an expensive membership to an energy-sapping gym or even spend a dime and you can still reap all the benefits (if not more).
So instead of letting your lazy attitude affect your body, or worse- your health, do something…yes right NOW- seriously, don’t just sit there reading like a lump on a log. Because you CAN be both fit and lazy. You just have to find the right workouts and food tips that work for you.

Here we go!
Fast Abs Exercise
The Captain’s Chair exercise is an exercise that tones the abdominal muscles and only takes one minute a day. Sit on the edge of a chair, and grasp the front of the seat at either side of your hips. Inhale deeply, then upon exhalation, gradually raise your knees toward your chest without arching your back. Hold your knees in the raised position for three seconds, and then lower them. Repeat for around a minute.
Stomach crunchers – big fast exhale and squeeze your abs…… repeat (this can be done anywhere without anyone knowing even.

Triceps & Back Exercises
To develop the triceps, or back muscles of the upper arms, lie on your left side. Grasp your right arm between the elbow and shoulder with your left hand. Try to pull your right arm back while simultaneously creating resistance with your left hand. Do this for a few seconds and relax. Repeat five times before switching sides. Gradually increase repetitions until you are performing 25 on each side per day.

Hips & Thighs Exercise

Although this move looks simple, these leg lifts are highly specific, directly targeting the hips and thighs as well as strengthening your back.
Lying on your side, lengthen your bottom leg and cross your top leg over it. Rest either your knee or foot on the floor. Prop your head up with your hand or rest your head on your arm.
As you exhale, lift your bottom leg up and inhale as you lower it back down. Your torso should stay still while you do this.
Do as many reps on one side for 30 seconds and then repeat on the other side for an additional 30 seconds.

What exercises do you do to stay fit? I would love to read from you.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I do hope you return

Hmmm. I’m so lazy when it comes to working out but I go jogging occasionally and then throw in a few crunches and Russian twists here and there. Then I did a squat challenge once. It was so painful and intense! But it worked though. I should try this captain’s chair you mentioned. Sounds like fun
