school girl outfit

new month june

I’m super excited cause its my birth month aka 21st. Any June-stars in the building say ‘woot-woot’ haha. I pray this month brings you blessings unlimited and all your wishes come true.

Before moving on, I sent out the first of my monthly newsletters (subscribe here) some days ago so if you subscribed and haven’t seen it kindly check the spam folder of your email. I have gotten positive replies already, thank you guys so much and amazing sistergirl Sogie for being the first to send me a positive note..Labb you babe.

Onto today’s School girl reinvented outfit. This look was one i quickly thought of and jumped straight into. Who says you can’t look chic whilst rocking the school girl look? I just did haha. I know majority of the high school uniforms in Nigeria are a tad bit ugly and non-fitting to stay the least. Worse if you went to a church operated school like mine where everything has to be big / loose all because-look Godly. We still slim-fitted our uniforms but hey, not everybody got to do that and it’s just not something you would want to wear after graduating. So to avoid looking like you’re wearing your high school uniform, choose a few important pieces – white button down shirt, flare skirt & flats/preppy heels from your existing wardrobe and incorporate them.
